On-Site Consultation
Our design process involves a thorough on-site consultation with you to understand your vision for the project. We carry out a laser measure site survey and a detailed survey for appraisal purposes according to planning permission and the budget you have in mind.
Planning Drawing
We take a holistic approach to architecture, considering not just the building itself, but also its impact on the surrounding environment and community. We believe that good design should be sustainable and socially responsible.
A concept design is made at this stage and refined until it meets your dream. Once the design is finalised, we prepare detailed planning drawings and specifications for submission to the local authority. These drawings include detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, site plans and 3D renders.
Planning Application
The final process is the approval required via the local authority of the proposed project before any form of construction, expansion or demotion can begin.
